JTE Recruit opened its doors in 2014 with a simple belief: hiring is too important to be transactional. Too many agencies blast out CVs and hope something sticks. We wanted to do it properly — understand the business, understand the people, and make matches that actually last.
More than a decade on, that hasn’t changed. We’re a MOM-licensed employment agency based at Westgate in Jurong East, working with employers across engineering, logistics, manufacturing, healthcare and the commercial roles that keep them running.
JTE Recruit was founded in 2014 by Eugene and Jonathan — two recruiters who believed hiring could be done with more honesty, and a lot more personality. In 2015, Adaline joined as one of our earliest hires. She quickly became one of our strongest performers and helped build JTE into what it is today — and along the way, she became a partner.
Today the three of us are the pillars of the company — still hands-on, still doing the work we love.
