How to read this guide

Why we split every role by seniority

Most salary guides give you one number per job title. That’s where they mislead — “IT” isn’t a salary, and an IT support hire and a senior software engineer are worlds apart. So we split every role into three seniority bands and show the typical range — where most offers land — not a single average that no real job actually pays.

It’s the market as we see it from the desk, day in and day out — built to guide your decision, not make it for you. The finer print on what’s included is in the note further down.

Why is it free?

Because when you’re ready to hire, we hope you’ll call us.

We’ve placed talent across Singapore since 2014. Sharing what we know about the market is how we start the relationship — no cost, no obligation. If the data helps you hire on your own, wonderful. If you’d rather we handle it, we’re right here.

A guide, not a guarantee

These figures are the typical monthly base range we see for each role and seniority across the Singapore market. They are indicative, not a quote or a promise — real offers land higher and lower depending on the company.

They show base pay only — before bonus, AWS, commission, overtime, shift and site allowances, and benefits. For many roles (warehouse, drivers, production, nursing) overtime and allowances make a real difference to take-home, so the base range under-states what people actually earn.

What a specific role pays depends on the company, the industry, the exact scope, and the person’s experience and skills — two jobs with the same title can be very different. These ranges reflect our own experience recruiting across Singapore since 2014 and the combined market knowledge of our consultants — read them as our honest guide, not a fixed rate card.
