To provide our recruitment services, we may share relevant details with prospective employers or candidates for a role, and with service providers who process data on our behalf — including Web3Forms (which handles our website form submissions), our email and website hosting providers, and Google Analytics (Google LLC) for website analytics. Some of these providers operate outside Singapore; where personal data is transferred overseas, we take reasonable steps to ensure it receives a standard of protection comparable to the PDPA. We may also disclose information where required by law.
Your rights under the PDPA

Retention
We keep personal data only for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes above or as required by law. In practice, candidate details and CVs are retained while we may reasonably help place you and are reviewed periodically; enquiry and company-contact data is kept while we have an active or prospective working relationship. When data is no longer needed, we delete or anonymise it — and you can ask us to remove your data at any time using the contact details above.

We may update this policy from time to time. The latest version will always be published on this page.
